Phuong Thanh Lisa Bui ist eine multidisziplinär arbeitende Künstlerin, die in ihren Arbeiten persönliche Emotionen und Erinnerungen verhandelt – verspielt, suchend and a way of reconnecting to her inner Child.

Amor A.: "I don’t know how to write about my art in a serious manner: In order to look at it, you have to stand in front of it anyways. And what you see is what it means. This is my first exhibition aka. world premiere. The works that I´m showing are thrilling to some, haunting to others.

But in reality I just live life day by day. It’s a busy world. I think it only feels busy and cluttered, because of all the stuff we added to it; smartphones and super fast cars, living under capitalism, the war economy, social media, the ecological crisis, rechtsruck, borders. Ich schweife ab. The real world is super slow. Like watching a tree bloom in spring. Sometimes it happens so fast and suddenly everything is green and warm. Happy Spring."
